Plot summary
After repelling the human RDA forces, Jake Sully and Neytiri have started a family and live peacefully with the Omatikaya clan. However, a familiar threat returns when the RDA invades again to colonize the planet, led by a recombinant clone of the deceased Colonel Miles Quaritch. To protect their children, Jake and Neytiri are forced to flee their home and seek sanctuary with the Metkayina clan, a group of Na'vi who inhabit the oceans.
The Sully family, who are adapted to the forest, must learn the ways of the water from the Metkayina, a process that is both challenging and inspiring. As they adapt, they discover new aquatic creatures and face the renewed threat of the RDA, particularly after Quaritch targets Jake's family to get revenge. The film culminates in a massive, chaotic battle on and under the sea.
